Vancouver, Canada
"In the early days they said I was trying to make a statement, but I was just trying to make a living."

April 2007 -- Trip to Vancouver, Canada
Our trip starts with a connection in Salt Lake City, UT after a business trip in D.C.
Once in Vancouver, Canada we drive to the Ferry Terminal in Nanaimo to cross the water to get to Vancouver Island.
Many thanks to David for making this trip possible.
Up near the Longbeach Resort near Tofino.
Longbeach has great scenery!
Why can't airplane parts wash up on the shore like this? Sure would save a ton of $$!
Vancouver Island has its own amazing rain forrests.
The ferry terminal back to the mainland has an amazing totem pole.
Funny thing - it's not unusual to see bald eagles fly up and hang out in parking lots along the pier.
The ferry ride back to the mainland...
Downtown Vancouver's waterfront
This seems like a nice place to sit and take in the view!
